At Masar Plus, we’re looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing team.

As part of our team, you will collaborate with multiple departments to create high–impact designs that support marketing campaigns, brand identity, social media content, and large-scale creative projects.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative concepts across digital and print platforms
- Lead branding projects, identity systems, and full visual directions
- Create engaging social media content, ads, and marketing materials
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and media teams
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Present ideas clearly and receive/give constructive feedback
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 4+ years of professional design experience
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, advertising, and digital design
- High level of creativity, autonomy, and attention to detail
- Excellent visual communication & problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage time and projects efficiently
Nice to have
- Experience in motion graphics or basic animation
- UI/UX knowledge
- Ability to work with 3D or advanced visual tools
- Photography or video editing skills
