At Masar Plus, we are looking for a highly talented Senior Motion Graphic Designer to join our creative team.
You'll collaborate with multiple departments to create high-impact visual content, compelling animations, and storytelling-driven motion graphics that elevate the brands we manage.
This role requires a mix of creativity, technical expertise, and leadership. We need someone who thinks outside the box, works with a “get-it-done” mindset, and brings fresh visual concepts to life with precision and artistry.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual content for digital platforms.
- Lead motion graphic projects from concept to final delivery.
- Collaborate with the creative, content, and marketing teams to produce cohesive visuals.
- Translate creative briefs into engaging animated content.
- Stay updated with the latest design and animation trends.
- Manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
- Enhance brand storytelling through advanced animation techniques.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or related field.
- 5+ years experience in motion graphics or digital animation.
- Strong proficiency in After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, and motion design tools.
- Ability to create 2D/3D animations (Cinema 4D / Blender is a plus).
- Highly creative with strong visual and conceptual thinking.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality motion work.
Nice to have
- Experience in branding and visual identity.
- Video editing skills.
- Sound design knowledge.
- Experience creating social media content.
- Familiarity with UI/UX animation.
